Tillys drops after forecasting quarterly loss

** Apparel retailer Tillys Inc  TLYS.N  down 2% at $8.74 in
premarket trade
    ** Co now expects a per-share loss of 1 cent to 4 cents in
fiscal Q4, compared to earlier expectation of a profit between 2
cents and 6 cents per share
    ** TLYS cuts Q4 net sales forecast to between $178 mln and
$180 mln, from previous expectation of $183 mln to $188 mln
    ** Co's holiday period net sales fell ~13% to $150.9 mln
from $173.3 mln a year ago
    ** TLYS fell ~44% in 2022
