at $6.31 aftermarket
    ** Company reports loss in Q1 vs a year-ago profit as
distribution and occupancy expenses weigh
    ** Reports Q1 net loss of $12 mln, or 40 cents per share,
compared with net income of $0.8 mln, or 3 cents per share, a
year earlier
    ** Q1 net sales down 15.2% at $123.6 mln
    ** TLYS forecasts Q2 net sales of $148 mln to $158 mln, and
loss per share between 13 cents and 27 cents
    ** Stock down 18.5% YTD
