 * Continuing connected transactions (1) distribution agreement for watches in 
   the United States; (2) agency agreement for sale of watches to airlines; (3) 
   extension of watch movement supply agreement; (4) extension of export & 
   import agreement; a 
 * Gwg entered into the US distribution agreement with ptfe 
 * Expected that transaction amount for US distribution agreement will not 
   exceed annual cap of hk$15.56 million and hk$17.89 million 
 * Expected that transaction amount for sale of watches will not exceed the 
   annual caps of hk$0.933 million and hk$1.167 million respectively.
