acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1345 GMT on Monday:

    ** SoftBank Group Corp  9984.T  said South Korea's Hyundai
Motor Group had completed the acquisition of robotics firm

    ** Malaysian telecoms firm Axiata Group Bhd  AXIA.KL  and
Norway's Telenor ASA  TEL.OL  sealed an agreement to merge their
mobile operations in Malaysia in a $15 billion deal, forming a
new market leader in the competitive Southeast Asian nation.

    ** Shares in Morrisons  MRW.L  surged as much as 33% on
Monday on hopes that U.S. private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier
& Rice might raise its proposed offer for the British
