AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update

tinyBuild, a premium video games publisher and developer with global
operations, has been informed of the following disclosures required in
addition to those made in the Company's AIM Admission Document dated 03 March
2021 ("Admission Document") and the Appointment of Non-Executive Director
announcement dated 08 June 2021 under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies.
