Award of Options and Grant of Restricted Share Units

 

tinyBuild (AIM:TBLD), a premium video games publisher and developer with global operations, announces that nil cost options over 6,334,400 ordinary shares of 0.001 USD each in the Company ("Shares") were granted to Giasone (Jaz) Salati. This award forms part of the terms and conditions of Jaz's appointment as CFO on 29 June 2023. At the time of this announcement, 53% of the options vest and become exercisable immediately, and 47% vest and become exercisable at various stages over the next 18 months.

Grant of Restricted Share Units

 

The Board of Directors approved the grant of a total of 1,600,000 Restricted Stock Awards share units ("RSAs"), relating to the 12-month period to 30 September 2024 and 1,000,0000 RSAs relating to the 12-month period to the 30 January 2026 to certain employees and service providers of the Company. Subject to certain vesting conditions, the RSAs allow holders to convert 1 RSA into 1 Share, further details of the RSAs can be found in the 2024 Annual Report.
