** Shares of Tips Industries  TIPS.NS  up as much as 6.6% at
a record 530.95 rupees; stock last up 4% at 517.95 rupees, set
to rise in fourth straight session
    ** Co said it will consider a buyback of shares on Feb. 28
    ** Shares hit record highs throughout 2023; on track for
sixth straight annual gain in 2024, if trend holds
    ** Stock added ~94% in 2023; up over 51% YTD
