** Shares of Tips Music TIPS.NS down 8.1% at 654.5 rupees
** Co's Q1 net profit falls 4.7% to 43.7 million rupees  ($452,709), while rev from ops rises 20.9%
** Co defers consideration of proposal for buyback of shares until August 5
** More than 1.2 million shares change hands vs 30-day avg of 348,920 shares 
** YTD, stock up ~19%
