Directorate Change

 

 

Tirupati Graphite plc (TGR.L, TGRHF.OTCQX), the specialist flake graphite
company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition,
announces that Ms. Isabel de Salis has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of
the Company with immediate effect.

 

The Board now constitutes two members, of which one is a Non-Executive
Director. The Company will be reviewing the composition of the Board with a
view to expanding it in the near term.

projects in Mozambique. Work has already commenced to optimise the economics
