Australia's Tissue Repair eyes best day ever on FDA phase 3 approval

** Shares of biopharmaceutical co Tissue Repair Ltd  TRP.AX 
rise as much as 20% to A$0.30, on track for their best day ever,
if gains hold
    **  TRP says U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
provided clearance for the co to progress into a Phase 3 program
for drug candidate TR-987
    ** Co says it will now submit its Phase 3 protocol for final
review by FDA and clearance for patient enrolment 
    ** TRP stock at its highest level since Jan 18
    ** Stock up 8.7% YTD, as of last close
