** Shares of Titan Pharmaceuticals Inc  TTNP.O  rise ~7% to
$1.1 before the bell
    ** Specialty pharma enters into a licensing agreement with
drug developer Ocular Therapeutix Inc  OCUL.O  
    ** TTNP grants OUCL an exclusive license for certain patent
applications in eye treatment related uses in both humans and
animals in the United States
    ** Ocular will pay Titan an upfront licensing fee with the
potential for additional payments upon reaching certain
milestones
    ** TTNP down 3.9% YTD, as of last close
