    ** Titan to buy JT Pharma's drug JT-09 and develop JT-09
implant to treat chronic pruritus
    ** Chronic pruritus is characterized by itching of the skin
lasting longer than six weeks
    ** "Current treatments for moderate to severe chronic
pruritus... are relatively ineffective and are associated with
