2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

The Board of Titon announces that the printed Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the year to 30 September 2025, together with the formal notice
of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, has been posted to all shareholders.

 

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 19 March
2026, commencing at 10:00 am at the Company's premises at Falconer Road,
Haverhill, CB9 7XU.
