An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 800,000 ordinary shares of 10p each pursuant to the Titon Company Share Option Scheme 2010" and the "Titon Executive Share Option Scheme 2010". 
The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
