Director/PDMR Shareholding

Titon Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed that Mr. G P
Hooper, Non- executive Director of the Company, purchased today 35,498
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 80
pence each. Following this purchase, the total beneficial interest of Mr. G P
Hooper and persons closely associated with him is 35,498 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.32 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
