Grant of options and Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Titon Holdings Plc (the "Company") announces that it has granted options to
Alexandra French, CEO over a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The options, which have been granted under
the EMI Share Option Plan 2021, are subject to a performance condition as
described in the Company's 2020 annual report and accounts, are expected to
vest three years after the date of grant, will be exercisable for a period of
seven years from vesting and each have an exercise price of 95.0 pence.
