Titon Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it was informed that Mr B Ratzke, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased today 14,924 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 134 pence each. Following this purchase, the total beneficial interest of Mr B Ratzke and persons closely associated with him is 14,924 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
