** Shares of ventilation systems manufacturer Titon Holdings TITN.L fall 10.5% to 85 pence
** Co says FY26 margins have been affected by project timing and lower manufacturing volumes
** "The delay to a number of MVS (Mechanical Ventilation Systems) projects is disappointing," -- CEO Tom Carpenter
** Co now expects FY26 underlying EBITDA of about £0.3 million ($405,240), versus £0.8 million in FY25 
** Year to date, stock is down ~12%
