    * Announces sale of existing shares by controlling 
shareholder 
    * Eastern Mix, Li, Yung and Lee entered into secondary block 
trade agreement 
    * Eastern Mix as seller, Li, Yung and Lee as covenantors and 
manager for sale of up to 50 million sale shares held by Eastern 
Mix to purchasers 
    * Deal at HK$2.95 per sale shares
