Dec 21 (Reuters) - TK Group Holdings Ltd  2283.HK : 
 * Noticed landslide incident at Hengtaiyu Industrial Park, China as well as explosion of west-east gas transmission pipeline nearby on 20 December 
 * "Our factory and office building in TK Technology park", about six kilometers away from scene of incident, were not affected 
 * "All of our staff members are safe and the company is in operation as usual" 
 * "Does not consider the relevant incident will impose any material and adverse impact on the company as a whole"
