** Shares in Dutch technology company TKH Group TWKNc.AS
are down nearly 7%, on track for their worst day since May,
after it guided for lower profits in H1 this year and posted
disappointing 2020 sales
** For H1, TKH forecasts a lower profit than in the same
period last year, particularly due to the low order intake in
its tire building business in the past Q2 and Q3
** For the full year 2021, however, the group expects a
higher profit
** Kempen analyst Emmanuel Carlier attributes the market
reaction to the soft H1 guidance
** KBC attributes the sales miss to a higher-than-expected
decline in its industrial solutions business, mainly due to
project delays and less investment appetite among machine
builders and in the robotics industry
