Australia's TMK Energy soars on deal with mining operator

** Shares of TMK Energy Ltd  TMK.AX  climb as much as 26.7%
to A$0.019, on track for best day since Sept 16, if gains hold
    ** Oil and gas explorer signs cooperation and electricity
offtake agreement with Mongol Alt Llc (MAK) mining operator
    ** MAK will purchase electricity generated from produced gas
from three well pilot production well programs as part of the
deal
    ** Stock hits highest since Dec. 8
    ** More than 26.3 mln shares change hands, 8 times the
30-day average volume
