TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces that it was notified on 27 December 2019 that on 24 December 2019, Artemii Iniutin, TMT's Head of Investments, acquired 434,157 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at US$3.90 per Ordinary Share.
 
Following the transaction, Mr Iniutin is interested in 434,157 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.49% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.  The purchased shares represent the entire holding of the selling TMT shareholder.
 
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail in respect of the transaction as described above.
