TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces that it was notified on 10 April 2025 that Alexander Selegenev, the Company's Executive Director, sold, in aggregate, 11,029 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.32 per Ordinary Share, and acquired into his personal ISA account 11,013 Ordinary Shares at an average price of US$2.32 per Ordinary Share (the "Acquired Shares") on 9 April 2025 (the "Share Transactions").

 

Following the Share Transactions, Mr Selegenev and his wife together hold, in aggregate, 131,631 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.42 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
