PDMR Shareholding

 

TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces, further to the announcement of 27 December 2019, that it has been notified by Artemii Iniutin, TMT's Head of Investments, that the ordinary shares in the Company he purchased on 24 December 2019 have not been delivered and accordingly the trade has been rescinded due to non-performance of the counterparty to the relevant share purchase agreement.  As a result, Mr Iniutin has no interest in the Company's ordinary shares.
