PDMR Shareholding

 

TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces that it was notified on 14 July 2020, that on 13 July 2020, Artemii Iniutin, TMT's Head of Investments, agreed to acquire 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$3.67 per Ordinary Share (the "Share Acquisition").  The Ordinary Shares acquired pursuant to the Share Acquisition, are to be acquired directly by Merit Systems Inc. ("Merit"), a Company wholly owned by Mr Iniutin, with settlement expected to take place within three months (the "Settlement").

 

Mr Iniutin has also confirmed to the Company that the settlement of the 241,939 Ordinary Shares acquired directly by him as announced on 26 May 2020, has not yet occurred and is expected to complete shortly.  Of the 191,218 Ordinary Shares acquired by Merit, 116,373 Ordinary Shares have now been received with the remainder to be received no later than 22 August 2020, as announced on 26 May 2020.

 

Following Settlement, Mr Iniutin will, taking into account the 433,157 Ordinary Shares acquired by him (directly and through Merit) as announced on 26 May 2020, of which 116,373 have been received with the remainder still to be received, be interested in, in aggregate, 1,433,157 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.91% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
