Receipt of initial consideration from Depositphotos disposal
TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 17 September 2021 regarding the disposal of its entire holding in Depositphotos, Inc., the Company confirms receipt of the initial consideration of US$12.9 million, with a further hold-back amount of approximately US$1.4 million payable within approximately 12 months of the completion of the transaction.
