** Shares of restaurant software firm Toast  TOST.N  down
1.3% at $21.70 before the bell
    ** Company names co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Aman
Narang as CEO, effective Jan. 1
    ** Narang will succeed Chris Comparato, who has served as
the CEO since February 2015
    ** Narang has served as TOST's co-president since December
2012 and COO since June 2021
    ** TOST says both Comparato and Narang will remain on the
board
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had risen ~22% so far this
year
