Korea Co., Ltd.  064760.KQ  from KC Co Ltd  029460.KS , at the
price of 7.8 billion yen 
    * Says it will hold 44.4 percent stake (5.2 million shares)
in
Tokai Carbon Korea, up from 35.4 percent (4.1 million shares)
    * Says the acquisition will be finished in late May
