Sentiance and Tokio Marine strategic collaboration

AAA, the technology holding company, updates shareholders on a significant
strategic collaboration between the Company's key investment, Sentiance N.V.
('Sentiance'), and Tokio Marine, Japan's largest non-life insurance company,
aimed at improving safety and reducing accident risks across all forms of
mobility. Extracts from Tokio Marine's industry release are below.

Tokio Marine Smart Mobility and Sentiance Begin Strategic Collaboration

AI-powered motion insights to help reduce accidents and losses

Tokio Marine Smart Mobility Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokio;
President: Hidemi Harada, 'Tokio Marine Smart Mobility') and Sentiance NV
(Head office: Antwerp, Belgium; CEO: Marijan Mumdziev, 'Sentiance'), a global
leader in motion insights, have entered into a strategic collaboration aimed
at improving safety and reducing accident risks across all forms of mobility.

By combining Sentiance's proprietary motion-insight technology, built on
smartphone sensor data to understand real-world behaviour and context, with
Tokio Marine Smart Mobility's risk-management expertise and broad domestic
partner network, the two companies will integrate with mobility-service
applications. The goal is to support behavioural change among drivers, improve
safety, address operator challenges, and create new value.

Background and purpose

Last-mile mobility and logistics are undergoing major structural change.
Car-sharing, micromobility, ride-hailing and food-delivery services continue
to expand, offering consumers more choice than ever. At the same time, these
shifts increase exposure to new types of traffic-accident risks.

Traffic accidents remain a critical global issue. According to The World
Health Organization, 1.19 million people die in traffic accidents each year,
more than two per minute. For children and young adults aged 5-29, traffic
accidents remain the leading cause of death. In Japan, 2,663 people lost their
lives last year. Eliminating traffic fatalities is an urgent social challenge.

Roughly 94% of accidents are attributed to driver behaviour. Both companies
see technology-driven behavioural insights as an effective way to prevent
accidents. Through this collaboration, Sentiance's AI will enable a deep
understanding of individual driving behaviour, encouraging safer habits and
strengthening the overall safety foundation of a diversifying mobility
ecosystem. Together, the companies aim to advance the realization of a
"zero-fatality society."

Specific initiatives

1. Private-mobility solutions

For personal-use scenarios, from daily commutes to weekend leisure trips, the
companies will develop solutions that improve user safety. By analysing
driving behaviour and lifestyle patterns and enabling services such as
emergency response, the initiative contributes to accident prevention and loss
mitigation. Two-wheelers and micromobility, where assistance services remain
underdeveloped, will be a priority area. Tokio Marine's platform and network
will be used to strengthen services.

2. Fleet-mobility solutions

For taxis, ride-hailing, food delivery and last-mile logistics, the companies
will support both driver safety and sustainable business growth. Through risk
visualization and analytics, the partnership helps operators address key
challenges such as accident reduction, driver-safety management and
compliance. This creates safer working conditions for diverse driver
populations and contributes to higher industry-wide safety standards.

Hidemi Harada, President, Tokio Marine Smart Mobility, commented: "In a
rapidly diversifying mobility landscape, ensuring safe movement for all is a
core mission. By combining Sentiance's advanced motion-insight technology with
our risk-management capabilities, we can deliver effective safety solutions
tailored to each driver. Together with our partners, we will contribute to
improving mobility resilience in Japan, Asia and beyond."

Marijan Mumdziev, CEO Sentiance, added: "We are delighted to collaborate with
Tokio Marine Smart Mobility, a company with strong expertise and a proven
track record in mobility safety. Sentiance's AI converts smartphone sensor
data into deep motion insights, enabling proactive prediction and prevention
of accident risks. By integrating our behavioural intelligence with Tokio
Marine Smart Mobility's platform and network, we aim to set a new benchmark
for road-safety innovation in Japan and globally-turning the vision of zero
traffic fatalities into reality."
