TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, announces that the annual general meeting of the members of the Company will be held at 2p.m. (BST) on 8 September 2021, at the offices of Goodman Derrick LLP, 10 St Bride Street, London, EC4A 4AD.
