specialist announces a partnership with Esri
** Esri adds TomTom's maps and traffic data into its
ArcGIS's geospatial platform globally, TomTom says
** Esri's software is used by over 650,000 organizations,
including governments, educational and non-profit institutions,
and companies, it adds
** Shares in TomTom are on track for best day since Dec. 5,
if gains hold
