A$0.03, their highest levels since Jan 4
    ** The gold explorer says the Queensland govt issued
environment authority to commence construction at its gold

    ** Adds that the Mt Freda gold plant will initially commence
production of about 300,000 tonnes of gold mineral resource/year
    ** Expects gold production of 57,300 ounces of the metal
over 3 years from the mine
    ** Stock down about 3.3% this year as of last close
