Trip.com leads travel service providers higher as China eases COVID curbs

** Hong Kong shares of Trip.com Group  9961.HK  lead gain in
China's travel and related services providers, surging as much
as 6% to HK$242 in the second session of rise, their highest
since Oct. 6  
    ** China has eased COVID curbs for domestic group tours
organised by travel agencies, the culture and tourism ministry
said on Tuesday, adding tourists can make cross-province trips
organised by travel agencies with proof of negative test results

    ** Chinese online tourism services group Tongcheng Travel
 0780.HK  rises 3.9% and Hong Kong shares of China Tourism Group
Duty Free Corp  1880.HK  jumps 4.1%
    ** Shenzhen-listed Western Regions Tourism Development
 300859.SZ  rises 3.4% and Toread Holdings  300005.SZ  up 1%
    ** The blue-chip CSI 300 Index  .CSI300  eases 0.4%, and the
Shanghai Composite Index  .SSEC  slips 0.2%.
    ** The Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  and the
Hang Seng Index  .HSI  both fall 1%
