Delta Drone jumps as Volatus will acquire 45% stake
** Shares in Delta Drone ALDR.PA jump as much as 14% after
the French group signed an agreement with Volatus Aerospace
Corp, which will see the latter acquiring a 20% stake by
end-April and a 45% stake by May 15
** Glen Lynch, Chairman and CEO of Volatus will be appointed
Executive Chairman of Delta Drone, and Christian Viguié, current
Chairman and CEO of Delta Drone, will continue as CEO
** The shares are on track for its best day since December
3, 2020
