APPOINTMENT OF NEW AUDITORS AND DATE OF FINAL RESULTS

 

Toople PLC (LSE: TOOP), a provider of bespoke telecom services to UK SMEs,
announces the appointment of Price Bailey LLP as auditor to the Company.  The
appointment of Price Bailey LLP will be subject to approval by shareholders at
the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

 

The appointment of Price Bailey follows the resignation of PKF Littlejohn LLP
who has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected
with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of
the members or creditors of the Company.

 

The Company will announce its final results for the year ended 30 September
2021 by the end of February 2022.  The Board wishes to take this opportunity
to thank PKF Littlejohn LLP for its services rendered to the Company for the
past years.
