Geoffrey Wilson acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.845 pence on 19 June 2017. Following the transaction above, Geoffrey Wilson's beneficial holding in the Company is 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.97 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
