Notice of GM
 
Toople Plc (LSE: TOOP), a provider of bespoke telecom services to UK SMEs, announces that a General Meeting ("GM") will be held at The Chapel, Britwell Road, Burnham, Buckinghamshire, SL1 8DF at 9:00 a.m. on 30 August 2018.
 
At the GM, the directors will propose resolutions seeking shareholder authority to allot shares, the dis-application of pre-emption rights and the ability to call a general meeting other than an annual general meeting on not less than 14 days' clear notice.
 
The Notice of GM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of GM is also available on the Company's website www.toople.com and copy of the Notice and Form of Proxy can be inspected at the National Storage Mechanism website at https://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
