Publication of Prospectus
Further to the announcement on 11 September 2018 of the proposed placing of 733,333,333 new ordinary shares at 0.3p per share (the "Placing") to raise £2.2 million (before expenses), Toople PLC (LSE: TOOP), a provider of bespoke telecom services to UK SMEs, is pleased to announce the publication today of its Prospectus dated 13 September 2018 in connection with the Placing.
The Prospectus, which has been approved by the UK Listing Authority, has been published on the Company's website at https://www.toople.com/  and is also available at the FCA's Document Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
