Acceptance of Undertakings in lieu: Topps Tiles / CTD Tiles (certain assets)

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to an in-depth,
Phase 2 investigation given by Topps under section 73 of the Enterprise Act
2002. The merger will therefore not be referred to an in-depth, Phase 2
investigation and the undertakings which have been signed by Topps will come
into effect from this date.
