Topps Tiles Plc (LSE: TPT) (the "Company"), the UK's leading tile specialist,
announces that it has today published its annual report and accounts for the
52 weeks ended 27 September 2025 (the "2025 ARA") and notice of its next
Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") (the "Notice").

The 2025 ARA and the Notice are available, on the Company's website at

ARA and the Notice will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will be available for inspection
