Annual Report and Accounts 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

A copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the 53-week period
ended 2 October 2021, which includes the Notice of the 2022 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM"), has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 19 January 2022 at 09.30 a.m. at our Head
