Board Director Change
Further to the announcement made on the 20th May 2014 the Company reports that Alan White, non-executive director, senior independent director and chairman of the audit committee has confirmed that after 6 years with Topps he will step down from the Board with immediate effect in order to concentrate on his other business activities. As previously stated the Company has commenced a search for his successor and will update the market in due course.
The Board would like to thank Alan for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
