Director declaration

Topps Tiles Plc (the "Company") has been notified that Martin Payne, an
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of the
Company, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of
Ibstock Plc with effect from 30 March 2026, and Chair of the Audit Committee
with effect from the completion of the Ibstock Plc AGM on 21 May 2026.

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
