** Co to shut 23 underperforming stores as part of cost-saving measures

** Says measures will reduce overall revenue but improve profitability in medium term

** TPT posts H1 revenue of 142.7 million pounds ($189.56 million), down 0.1% year-on-year

** YTD, stock down ~13.5%
