UK's Topps Tiles-CTD Tiles deal may get approval, competition regulator says
March 3 (Reuters) - Britain's competition regulator said on Monday it might green light Topps Tiles' TPT.L 9-million-pound ($11.3 million) acquisition of CTD Tiles, if the proposed remedies are found sufficient. Topps and CTD have offered to divest tile stores in Aberdeen, Inverness, Edinburgh and Dorking, the Competition and Markets Authority said.
