** Co reports Q3 revenue of $1.13 bln fell 2% yoy and miss analyst est of $1.16 bln according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co says fall in rev due to prior year divestitures of non-core assets and lower demand in the residential segment

** Three of six brokerages rate the stock "buy", three "hold"; their median PT is $90- LSEG data

** Including session's move, stock down 2.5% YTD
