The benchmark S&P 500 and the blue-chip Dow were nearly flat on Wednesday as
investors took a breather from a rally that was sparked by the Federal Reserve's
likely pivot to a dovish policy, while FedEx tumbled after issuing a grim
outlook.  .N

37,606.18. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.15% at 4,775.44 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.38% at 15,059.945.
