Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

 

The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

1(st) GMTN supplementary prospectus dated 27 February 2026 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the US$ 40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note
Programme (the "GMTN Programme") of The Toronto-Dominion Bank (the "Bank").

 

The Supplementary Prospectus and document incorporated by reference therein
have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at:
