India's Torrent Power to acquire Nabha Power for $760 million

Feb 16 (Reuters) - India's Torrent Power Ltd TOPO.NS said on Monday it had entered into a deal with a unit of Larsen & Toubro LART.NS to acquire Nabha Power Ltd for an enterprise value of 68.89 billion rupees ($759.48 million).
